Nissan Pathfinder VS Toyota Highlander

2022 Nissan Pathfinder VS Toyota Highlander

Whether you need to pack for your next family adventure, cart around sporting gear, or pick up materials from your favourite hardware store, there is ample space to store it all in the Nissan Pathfinder, available now at Finch Nissan.

Carrying large objects in the Pathfinder is a breeze. Not all SUV’s are created equal when it comes to usable cargo capacity. Sometimes it’s not all about the specs and dimensions, it’s about how you use that space. The Pathfinder has dimensions in all the right places. The cargo space offers a generous underfloor storage and a cleverly designed second row centre console. The Pathfinder can also comfortably fit a 4x4 sheet of plywood. Try doing that in the Toyota Highlander.

Climb inside the Pathfinder and you will be greeted by a welcoming interior, high quality materials, and great attention to detail. The Pathfinder comes standard with premium semi-aniline leather combined with soft touch surfaces, contrast stitching, ambient lighting, and beautiful finishes.

Storage is important to those roadtrip adventurers with a family. Pathfinder has plenty of storage for each of the three rows, including a unique shelf under the front center console. Highlander on the other hand does not offer this front center storage option. In addition Pathfinder comes standard with 16 cupholders in comparison to the Highlander which only offers 10.

Pathfinder also has a maximum towing capacity of 6,000-LB, giving it the ability to haul boats, ATV’s, camping gear, or trailers with ease. To help you tow safety and with confidence the Pathfinder is equipped with standard trailer sway control and a factory installed trailer hitch receiver. Toyota Highlander on the other hand can tow up to 5000-LB and does not offer a factory installed trailer hitch receiver.

Nissan Pathfinder offers modern and advanced infotainment technology including an all new 12.3” digital dashboard, and all new 10.8” head-up display, and wireless Apple CarPlay. The large digital dashboard display provides direct access to all of Nissan’s driving information. While Highlander does come with a head-up display a digital dashboard as well as wireless Apple CarPlay is not offered on the model. The Pathfinder is a feature packed SUV, offering welcoming interiors, cargo capacity and technology to help you along the way.
