About Jacob

With a strong background in customer service, Jacob enjoys connecting with clients and helping them navigate important decisions with ease. Jacob joined our team at Finch Nissan in 2021 as an Internet Specialist, and in 2023 transitioned into his current role as an Appointment Coordinator. We’re excited to see Jacob continue to grow and make an impact through his dedication to client care.

Born and raised in London, Jacob recently completed his Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a Specialization in Global Commerce from King’s College. Outside of work, Jacob stays active playing hockey and enjoys a variety of sports, including rollerblading, basketball, and golf. He’s also an avid cook and can often be found at the BBQ during the summer months.

Although newer to the automotive industry, Jacob’s natural patience, attentiveness, and client-first mindset make him a valuable part of our team. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and ensuring every interaction is friendly, informative, and tailored to their needs.
